Seibukan ippon gumite
Seibukan fighting drills

The descriptions are for an attack with a right oi zuki or mae geri, unless otherwise noted. Invert directions for a left-side attack. Under the name of each ippon gumite is a summary of the ashi sabaki (footwork).

Parry block, punch

Step left foot forward 45° left, rotate CW to shiko dachi

Step back with left foot while pivoting CCW on right to rotate into Naifanchi dachi

Left crescent step forward into left shiko dachi,
