Yoko geri no undō yōi
Heisoku dachi
Raise the foot in an arc to the side, with the leg kept straight and the hip opened. Come back to yōi after every repetition.

Yoko geri no undō (click for pronunciation) is one of the exercises of the kihon renshū of Shōrin ryū Seibukan.
